
I have never seen this and I have lived in California all my life. I have never seen it hail and the ice not melt as it hit the ground. Needless to say I jumped around like a freak yelling "SNOW SNOW". Mr. Yarn burst my bubble by laughing and saying "That isn't SNOW, it is hail". It didn't melt!!!
Ok, it takes little to amuse me.

If is doesn't melt and creates a blanket of whiteness, the it should DEFINITELY be considered snow!
