I have been without a DSL connection. I am sorry I haven't been a very good blogger. The connection is still down at Chez Yarn! but I have one here at the shop. I did go to Stitches and I did bring stuff back with me. As soon as someone will fix the damn DSL I will show you pictures of some beautiful yarn. Most of it is lace weight because I am taking on the task of learning how to do the real stuff. I am going to try to get Galena to teach a lace class at the shop. Other than that not too much has been happening.
I will be back, I promise.

Uncle Monte came by the shop on Sunday, & said that you guys had a blast at the show. I am glad to hear that you finally escaped the crud & are feeling better!
Monte was on a mission to buy me even MORE yarn the minute we came back from stitches!! I think what I have are allergies. Argh.
How wonderful it would be if you could get Galena to teach a class at Yarn! She has a few classes at TKGA in Oakland in April, and I am enrolling in one of those.
Ooooh! Did you see the new laceweight at Blackwater Abbey? There were only a few skeins of ivory left by the time I got there but I'm going to check their webpage and see what other colors they have. It was gorgeous!
oh oh oh, a lace class would be fabulous - the boyfriend's mother bought me a little skein fo the tee tiny lace weight - i am excited but terrified of the stuff
