Grandma
I found this in my drawer the other day. It was made by my grandmother. I am not sure why I have it but I am pretty sure that I asked to keep it when my mother was cleaning stuff out. It looks timeless to me. My grandmother has been gone for a long long time and I know that she made this way before she died. I would say that it has to be at least 60 or 70 years old if not even older than that. She could have even made it when she still lived in England. I will never know. What strikes me about it is that it looks like something that someone could wear now. Even down to the pink color.
I miss ya grams.

I love your blog. Have to admit I look forward to reading it every morning. Love you.
I love it too. A day without Janis' blog is a day without sunshine! Grams' cami is priceless and timeless. You are the best to have saved it.
Your grandmother's camisole is lovely; evidently you've inherited all the good-knitting genes. Of course, today's girls can wear that kind of pretty thing *outside* and without covering it up!
What a knitting legacy! It's amazing how your grandma has passed but part of her, something she made is still here.
