I finished the back of Faith. That didn't take too long. Afterall, I did stop in the middle to knit the chicken hat. I finished the chicken hat too. Check it out at:

My chicken came out a bit weird. Looks like it is running. That is ok. I like it that way. Looks crazy. Also makes me feel a little bad for it. Hey, wait. It isn't a real chicken. Ok, I feel better about it now.

The chicken viking hat is hilarious! I would love to knit one for my husband. Where can I get the pattern? I went to the KAL and your previous posts, but somehow never came across the info.

Janis, do you realize that the frogs in the chicken hat picture look like they are having sex? No wonder the chicken is running away!

VERY funny. Those are antique frogs and they are dancing. Pftttt.

Faith looks great. I've always loved this pattern and it's so nice to actually see someone knitting it up! Can't wait to see it finished.

The hat looks great. Now I want to see you model it. How's next Thursday? That is, if the kids aren't running wild.

Uh...the hat will already be to its new owner! Yeah, that is it...the hat will be gone.

why don't you just do the chicken dance with it and hang onto it for a while longer. the bay to breakers isn't for another month. it'll give me an excuse to visit again too! i wanna see you model it as well. :)
